Upon your booking we will ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the agreed rental. This deposit
will cover any damages resulting from non-fulfilment of the contract or breakages during the fulfilment.
You will be asked to settle 80% of the applicable rental no later than 6 weeks before the
start of the agreed period. This payment will reduce the deposit to 5%. In case of late or non-payment we reserve the right
to cancel the contract unilaterally in which case the deposit will be forfeited notwithstanding the right of full compensation.
We will ask you to make all payments by way of a bank transfer (no cheques, credit cards or
cash).
