The above rentals are per week and are based on a maximum occupation of ten persons. A five percent discount will apply to fortnightly bookings.

The supply of bed linen and towels is included in the rent, as is water and electricity. Cleaning is not included and the (mandatory) exit cleaning amounts to euro 125.
