The detached two-storey villa "Les Wedgwoods" is built against a hill on a private property of some 2,400 square meteres in a very quiet residential area.

 

The main floor consists of an exceptionally large living area (some 65 square metres), a fully functional kitchen, a dining room, a large mezzanine (with a small library), a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

 

Three glass sliding French windows in the living area provide acces to the south facing terrace (all day sun) measuring some 50 square metres.

 

At both ends of the villa the upper house is connected by stairs to the lower house. The "Annex" stairs provide acces to a stand alone appartment whilst the "Studio" stairs lead to a separate studio.

The appartment consists of a séjour with cuisinette and a quite sizeable bedroom (some 25 square metres with a sleeping section and a lounge area) and a large marble bathroom. The studio consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom.

 

The pool measures 10 by 5 metres and is situated within comfortable distance of the terrace. Private parking space is available in front of the house.

 

The villa is well furnished with mostly antique furniture and paintings - at least some of which we hope will meet your taste. All ususal appliances are there (fridges, dishwashers, washing machine, television set and internet connection). Bed linen will be provided by the House.
